Banda’s Grove
Third-Party License

This license allows anyone to make content for Banda’s Grove for personal or commercial use. Adventures, hacks, modules, playbooks or anything else goes. You just need to follow a few basic rules:

CONTENT

1.

If you adhere to these terms, you are allowed to publish free or commercial material based upon and/or declaring compatibility with Banda’s Grove without express permission from either Pandion Games or Andrew Boyd.

2.

Art and text from our books may not be reused or translated, unless you have our explicit permission. You can use the names of creatures, people, locations, and planes of the game world.

3.

The mechanics and game rules of Banda’s Grove may be reused and referenced freely.

BRANDING

4.

Your product cannot use the Pandion Games or Banda’s Grove logo unless you have our explicit permission.

5.

You are allowed and encouraged (but not required) to use the Banda’s Grove Entangled logo (download the three versions here). You are free to color and resize the logo to suit your project, but the logo should not be materially altered in any other way.

6.

You’re not allowed to give the impression that this is an official Banda’s Grove product or that we endorse or sponsor you in any way unless we’ve made special arrangements with you.

LEGAL

7.

Pandion Games takes no responsibility for any legal claims against your product.

8.

The following text must be included in the legal text, somewhere visible in the publication, and on the website or storefront where you promote the product:

[Product name] is an independent production by [Author or Publisher] and is not affiliated with Pandion Games. It is published under the Banda’s Grove Third-Party License.

9.

This copyright text must be legibly included somewhere in the product and on the storefront:

Banda’s Grove is copyright Pandion Games.

10.

You cannot create anything with the Banda’s Grove Third-Party License that would be prejudicial to Pandion Games or Andrew Boyd’s honor or reputation.

11.

Nazis, homophobes, transphobes, and other bigots are expressly forbidden from making content using this License or for Banda’s Grove.

12.

No NFTs can be created for Banda’s Grove or any other Pandion Games products.

 

Revel in the cozy, quiet moments. Embrace community. Search for the mysterious. Explore the unknown. Investigate the dark corners. But be sure to avoid sexist, racist, homophobic, and transphobic tropes and themes in your content. There is plenty of that in the real world already. There’s no place for it in Banda’s Grove.
